Often, my first thought of the day is: "There's something wrong with me."
What a cheery way to start the day, right? 🤦♀️
This is what I would call a "thought error" - a thought that is erroneous... false... not true.
So, I decided I'd had enough and chose a new thought: "It's possible that something's right with me."
Simply considering the possibility that one thing could be right with me MOVED me mentally and into action physically.
So I wondered... what could "It's possible..." do for you?
